Can the police stop a to
search my car if the citizen haven't done anything wrong? Like
speeding, running stop light or other offences.
On the evening of Monday the 1 of December I was
stopped and my car was search . I was told they was looking for
"contra band". Doing the search I was handcuff and was forced to sit
on the snow covered road. The search took over 1 hour. They did not
find anything incriminated.
We like the court to rule on
the following:
Can police search a car with out search warren
Can the police force a citizen to sit on the
snow-covered ground.
If the court find they can not:.
Is this ruling enforceable in all nation of the
WWSeti region.
